Our recruitment package supports candidates all the way through the process in a professional manner, from the initial introduction to Magenta and the vacancy, through to the eventual contract start date and beyond. * Scheduling of interviews and travel arrangements for the candidates.
* Extensive information and advice for candidates on living and working in the Netherlands including salaries and benefits packages, taxes, cultural and
legal advice
* Start-up assessment for successful candidates on their relocation needs including personalized advice on banking, pensions, healthcare, schooling and language courses.
* Organisation of initial hotel and/or temporary accommodation.
* Locating nearby social, medical and sport facilities.
* Work and residence permits, where required.
* Full placement within the Dutch tax and social insurance system for our contract employees. Ongoing support and information service.
* Informative website and library of information about all aspects of living and working in the Netherlands.
