Our recruitment package supports candidates all the way through the process in a professional manner, from the initial introduction to Magenta and the vacancy, through to the eventual contract start date and beyond. We offer this relocation and support package to all our candidates to ensure nothing is left to chance when they start their new position or project.

The Candidate Support Service

* A discussion of the Client vacancy and the candidate's suitability for the company and the vacancy
* Scheduling of interviews and travel arrangements for the candidates.
* Extensive information and advice for candidates on living and working in theĀ Netherlands including salaries and benefits packages, taxes, cultural and
legal advice
* Start-up assessment for successful candidates on their relocation needs including personalized advice on banking, pensions, healthcare, schooling and language courses.
* Organisation of initial hotel and/or temporary accommodation.
* Locating nearby social, medical and sport facilities.
* Work and residence permits, where required.
* Full placement within the Dutch tax and social insurance system for our contract employees. Ongoing support and information service.
* Informative website and library of information about all aspects of living and working in the Netherlands.

 


The working culture in the Netherlands is relaxed. Strict employment laws and regulations are in place to support and protect the employees. This legislation makes it very difficult for an employer to sack, dismiss or make redundant an employee without reasonable cause.

 

As an EU or EEA national you are not obliged by law to apply to the Alien Police for a residence permit. Nonetheless, there are conditions which you must fulfil in order to remain legally in the Netherlands.
